Is sending really free? What's the catch?

Really free, like OpenTable is free for diners. Referring doctors are why specialists find the upgrade worth paying for, so we never charge the sending side — not per letter, not for accounts, not later.

Why don't you charge per referral?

Because a referral should never carry a price tag in either direction. A flat monthly subscription means no one — not us, not you — has a financial stake in any individual patient's referral.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. The upgrade is month-to-month with no contract. If you cancel, letters keep arriving by fax and email like they always did.
